  This place is poorly managed, the funeral director is unhelpful at best. We recently scheduled funeral service in advance with several typical requests (Room Arrangement, seating for 50). When arriving, neither of these were done. The director refused to assist us in quickly re-arranging the room, refused to bring in additional chairs for elderly to sit in, and threatened to call the cops on one family member who attempted to borrow a nearby chair or two. Note that at this time there were no other funerals taking place - not sure why this was an issue. We were forced to conduct the service with many standing and 28 seats. - the director seemed intent on going through the motions and collecting a check. His demeanor was slimy and disinterested. I'm still shocked at his threat to call the cops on a relative seeking to provide addition (unused) chairs to elderly relatives. I would warn any and all about utilizing this location for your loved one's services - you and they deserve a better parting from this world and you don't want to spend your remembrance time re-arranging a room, scrambling for chairs or dealing with all these headaches. Final Note: If the director, owner or anyone else wants to chat about my experience I'll be happy to fill you in on this outrage further.

  Brian, Brendan and Patrick have always been loving and caring to my family and many others who have had there services here. From the beginning to the end they have always been there for us and met every need that needed to be satisfied. The caring and compassionate staff has always helped us. Would recommend them to anyone that is going through a tough time and needs to be treated like family.
